The Daoy cell line was established in 1985 by P. F Jacobsen of the Royal Perth Hospital. The line was derived from biopsy material taken from a tumor in the posterior fossa of a 4 year old boy.

NCI-H520細胞是由Gazdar AF等在1982年建係而來，源於(yu) 鱗狀細胞肺癌組織；NCI-H520細胞p53 mRNA表達水平較正常肺組織低，但是沒有大的結構DNA的異常。NCI-H520細胞角蛋白、波形蛋白陽性，神經絲(si) 三聯蛋白陰性；NCI-H520細胞在軟瓊脂中可形成克隆。

HEC-1-A細胞及其亞(ya) 株HEC-1-B細胞是H·Kuramoto及其同事於(yu) 1968年從(cong) 一位ⅠA期子宮內(nei) 膜癌患者身上分離得到的。PAF可以誘導，HEC-1-A細胞c-fos的表達。

HuH-6細胞是肝癌細胞；據說，HuH-6細胞可產(chan) 球蛋白和甲胎蛋白。
